3. Custom Orders & Deposits

Custom orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Once a custom item has been started, changes cannot be guaranteed, and refunds cannot be issued for bespoke work.

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and are subject to change without notice.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, debit card, and credit card. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the UK via Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided upon request.

We are not responsible for customs charges, taxes, or delays due to international shipping procedures.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your purchase. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return undamaged items within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging and condition, for a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
