SHIPPING & DELIVERY We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 for Mainland UK. Orders below £50 are charged a flat rate of £5.50. After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and dispatch. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Rest of the World and UK Isles. Please use the contact us page to ask for postage rates to your area.

RETURNS If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery (bespoke items excluded). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on our courier's website.

BESPOKE ORDERS  We at shimmer are more than happy to discuss bespoke orders for any of our custom/ handmade items. Please use the contact us page to ask for further information. Please note that Bespoke orders are excluded from free 7 day return.
